Inside The Society: Fashion Sketch and Illustration Class

Fashion is such a broad type of art-form as it combines so many different aspects of art.  As the fashion society of Newcastle University we try to offer our members an insight into all aspects of its aspects.

I am the main conductor of the Fashion Sketching and illustration class.

This is a very easy-going class where everyone is welcome regardless of their experience or skills. The class will teach: 

 

 

  • Basic 9 Heads model Croquis for beginners 
  •  Body Pose sketch and shading Skill 
  •  Design techniques, colouring 
  •  Helping individual to create their own signature style drawing 

As mentioned these sessions are very relaxed and aim to let you create on your own while you are taught different techniques. Participants are  encouraged to bring along their personal playlists to listen to as they create. 

The materials are not provided. Before every class I'll announce what you'll need for the weekly session.
